- Omega-3 fatty acids are vital nutrients that our body cannot produce on its own – we must obtain them through our diet. Especially EPA and DHA are crucial: EPA supports heart health, while DHA plays a key role in brain and eye function.
- Omega-7 from sea buckthorn: this rare fatty acid is a natural component of skin and mucous membranes and supports their protective functions. Thus, omega-7 can make a valuable contribution to health from the inside and out.
Especially during menopause, the declining hormone levels can cause mucous membranes to become drier and more sensitive. This affects the skin, eyes, intestines, and intimate areas. Usage
- Take 2 softgels daily in the morning or evening, with or without food.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.

DHA and EPA-rich omega-3 oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., sea buckthorn oil (30% palmitoleic acid), softgel coating (modified corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan)
We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
