In the picturesque bay of La Baule on the west coast of France, MIDI12 was founded – a sun protection brand that meets the highest ecological standards. The founder, Aurélie Ribierre, decided after 15 years of working in large companies in the cosmetics industry to realize her own vision of responsible skincare.

Aurélie is convinced that sun protection products should protect not only the skin but also the environment. Therefore, she places great importance on selecting her suppliers, the quality of raw materials, and the carbon footprint of her products. Her goal was to create a brand that not only offers effective sun protection but also follows ethical and environmentally friendly practices.

The sun protection products from MIDI12 contain chemical sun filters of the new generation that are gentle on the skin and the environment. The formulations are free from controversial ingredients such as endocrine disruptors, carcinogens, and other harmful chemicals. The products are developed in collaboration with local partners and laboratories and manufactured according to EU regulations, without animal testing. The eco-friendly formulations are designed to be compatible with the marine ecosystem.
