The idea for Kia Charlotta came about because it was difficult for me (Kia) to find vegan, more natural, and at the same time high-quality makeup. When I was painting my nails again and noticed that the nail polish I had was old, not vegan, and also contained harmful ingredients, I had enough. The vegan market is growing, people are looking for conscious and healthy options, and consumers are beginning to develop a simpler and more minimalist lifestyle. So I decided to just do it myself. :) That was the birth of Kia Charlotta. My vegan nail polish without harmful substances.

Our motto is "Beauty With a Soul," and it is important to us to make the entire value chain transparent and sustainable. With Kia Charlotta, we wanted to create a brand that is as gentle as possible for people and nature while completely avoiding animal ingredients or animal testing. All our Kia Charlotta polishes are 100% vegan but also impress with very high quality and coverage.

Newly, we have managed to expand our list of harmful substances from 14 to 15! Our Kia Charlotta nail polishes are now completely free of Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, a commonly used adhesive in nail polishes that, by some definitions, is considered liquid microplastic.
