Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
- Germany: flat rate €4.95; free shipping from €60. We ship with DHL.
- Deliveries abroad are carried out with DHL International. For selected countries, we also offer shipping with DHL Warenpost International Premium.
- For EU countries, shipping with DHL International usually costs €9.95. From an order value of €105, shipping is reduced to €3.95, and from €145 we deliver free of charge.
- For Switzerland and European non-EU countries, shipping with DHL International costs €17.95. From an order value of €155, shipping is reduced to €4.95, and from €205 we deliver free of charge.
- For Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Austria, Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium is also possible: €6.95, free shipping from an order value of €85.

- We deliver within Germany, to the EU, to Switzerland, as well as to selected European non-EU countries. At checkout, all countries to which delivery is currently possible are displayed.
- For deliveries outside of Europe, please contact us before your order by email at info@blanda-beauty.com. We will gladly check whether shipping is possible and what shipping costs will apply.

- Your order is usually ready to ship within 24–48 hours.
- Within Germany, the average delivery time is 1–3 business days. Within Europe, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the country. For international shipments outside Europe, delivery times may vary.
- After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number and tracking link.
- Yes, for urgent orders we offer DHL Express. The available express options are shown at checkout.
- DHL Express costs €16.95 within Germany, €28.95 within the EU, €28.95 to European non-EU countries, and €31.95 to Switzerland. Express shipments are prioritized by us. Please note that your order still needs to be processed before handing over to DHL Express.
- After handover to DHL Express, delivery within Germany, the EU, and Switzerland usually occurs on the next business day. For European non-EU countries, the delivery time is between 2 and 3 days.
After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the shipping provider. This allows you to track the delivery status of packages, small parcels, and international mail.
Yes - please provide the name of the parcel locker, parcel shop, or post office along with your individual DHL postal number (6–9 digits).
Your shipments are insured against loss and damage during transport. If you have any issues, please contact us at: info@blanda-beauty.com
- Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct and that your package is picked up within the specified storage period.
- If a shipment cannot be delivered, for example due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to pick up at the branch, parcel shop, or parcel locker, refusal of acceptance, or lack of cooperation with customs or import formalities, the package will be returned to us.
- The resulting costs will be borne by the customer, provided the failed delivery was not caused by Blanda Beauty. For undeliverable shipments, we charge the following flat rates:
Germany: €5.95
EU countries: €14.95
European non-EU countries including Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, and Iceland: €22.95
Rest of World / shipping outside Europe: at least €34.95 - The costs will be deducted from any possible refund or charged before a re-delivery. If the customer requests a re-delivery, the regular shipping costs for the new shipment will also apply.
- If shipments outside Europe, customs returns, or special cases incur demonstrably higher return, customs, import, storage, or processing costs, we reserve the right to charge these at actual cost.
Customs duty, import tax, and value-added tax
- All orders are generally displayed with prices including statutory VAT.
- Exception: Customers from Switzerland do not pay German VAT. Prices are shown without German VAT at checkout.
- For deliveries to non-EU countries, such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom, import VAT, customs, or handling fees may apply. These costs are charged directly by customs authorities or the delivery service and must be borne by the customer.
- Please check with the relevant authorities before ordering if necessary.
Payment & Security
Blanda Beauty offers PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card, Klarna, Apple/Google Pay, Shop Pay, various country-specific payment methods, and payment by invoice. All available options are displayed at checkout.
Shop Pay is a fast and secure payment method that can make shopping easier for you. When you use Shop Pay for the first time, the system securely saves your email address, payment information, as well as your shipping and billing address.
Shop Pay is part of Shopify Payments and is used by millions of customers worldwide.

- Secure: Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers and only shared with us when you place an order

Important note about PayPal: If you are logged into your Shop Pay profile, you cannot pay with PayPal. To use PayPal as a payment method, please log out of Shop Pay by clicking "Sign out" or "Continue as guest / checkout" (at the bottom of the checkout page). Then you can select PayPal as a payment option.
After receiving your order, you will receive the invoice by email. As soon as we receive the payment, the order will be prepared for shipment and dispatched. Please note that a bank transfer can take up to 2 business days.
The order confirmation email also includes an invoice.
Yes - Our shop system (Shopify Payments) ensures the security of payment information through advanced SSL encryption and PCI compliance (security standards of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)).
Returns, Complaints & Refunds
As long as the order has not yet been processed, it can be canceled. Please send an email to our Service Team to do so.
- You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return it.
- A refund can only be issued if the items arrive unused, undamaged, and complete in the original packaging.
- For returns within Germany, we provide a DHL return label upon request. The return shipping cost is €5.95 and will be deducted from the refund amount after receipt and inspection of the goods.
- Returns from abroad must be arranged independently and sufficiently postage paid. The immediate costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer. Please choose a shipping method with tracking and adequate insurance and keep the proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed by us.
- Returns from non-EU countries must be clearly marked as return goods/Returned Goods. Any customs, import, or processing fees arising from missing or insufficient declaration will not be covered by Blanda Beauty.
- If we have sent a wrong or defective product, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
- Processing of the return and refund usually takes 7–14 business days.
Please send us an email to our Service Team before returning a product, indicating that you wish to make a return. We will then get back to you with further instructions.
For returns within Germany, you will receive a DHL return label by email upon request. Returns from abroad must be postage-paid and shipped by the customer. Please use a shipping method with tracking and sufficient insurance, and keep the proof of shipment.

Samples
- Yes - you will receive 2 free samples with every order.
- In the shopping cart, you have the option to specify desired samples. We can provide a sample of most products, either as a pre-made sachet or hand-filled. There are brands or products for which no samples are available. If this is the case, we will try to find a suitable alternative.
- Please note in the text field if you do not want any samples.
- A sample set is a standalone product that can be purchased.
- With the sample set, you have the option to test 3 or 5 products. To do so, enter your sample requests in the text field in the shopping cart. Feel free to provide 2 alternatives in case we cannot fulfill your first choices.
- The sample set for three samples costs €5.90 and for five samples €9.90. Use the code PROBENSET to get a €3 discount, reducing the shipping cost to €1.95. Please note: This code may only be used for pure sample set orders.
- Yes - We offer perfume samples of all perfumes in the shop.
- Each perfume sample is carefully individually filled and labeled by us.
- The bottles with spray caps are filled with approx. 1.2 ml of perfume.
- Depending on the price of the bottle, a perfume sample costs between €4.90 and €7.90.
- Parfum Discovery Sets each contain 5 perfume samples in the size of 1.2 ml. They offer the opportunity to get to know niche fragrances and discover new favorites.
- There are two types of sets: 1. Sets that include a selection of perfumes from one brand and 2. specially curated sets by Blanda Beauty.
- Curations: The individual selections by Blanda Beauty are based on concepts, seasons, or moods and combine perfumes from various brands.

- Yes, in our Beauty Journal we regularly report on trending trends, introduce brands, and discuss products, ingredients, or lifestyle topics.
- The natural cosmetics ingredient encyclopedia developed by Blanda has evolved into a comprehensive reference work explaining many important ingredients.
- Each product includes a detailed description, including application tips, ingredients, and active substances.
- All our products are cruelty-free, almost all are vegan, and many are certified with well-known natural cosmetics certifications.
- With user-friendly filters, you can easily find your desired product. You can sort and filter products by: vegan, skin type, hair needs, price, manufacturer, or fragrance family.
- If you have known allergies, please check the INCI list. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting a doctor and/or performing a patch test. Our Sample Set offers an affordable way to test before purchasing a full size.
- If a product contains fragrances or perfume, these are grouped under the term Parfum (Fragrance). The exception is fragrance ingredients that must be declared separately according to the EU Cosmetics Regulation due to their allergenic potential, such as Citral, Cinnamal, Citronellol, Linalool, or Coumarin.
- Essential oils are listed as natural origin ingredients with their (Latin) names in the INCI.
- Colorants and pigments are indicated by their CI numbers (Color Index), often supplemented by the substance name. For example: CI 77492 (IRON OXIDES). Pigments derived from plant materials are listed with their (Latin) names in the INCI.

Customer Account, Loyalty Program, Newsletter & Privacy Policy
- If you enter an email address that is not yet linked to a customer profile, a new customer profile will be created automatically.
- Customers with an existing customer profile can log in with their email address and will receive a one-time 6-digit code by email.
- Or click the "Customer Account" icon on the homepage to create a new account.
- A password is not required. You log in with a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email.
- With a customer account at Blanda Beauty, you automatically earn points for every purchase.
- You receive 5 points for every €1 spent. These points can be redeemed for discounts or rewards.

Sustainability & Packaging
- Each order includes your individual sample requests and is lovingly, carefully, and environmentally friendly packed by us. We ship climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen, and our packaging material is made from compostable material.
- Our packaging is made entirely from recycled materials and is fully recyclable. The filling material made from cornstarch is 100% biodegradable and compostable. The cardboard and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and the packing tape is also paper-based and can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin. The samples are placed in small parchment bags, which can also be disposed of in the paper recycling bin. Only the plastic sample containers must be disposed of with residual waste. Depending on regulations, disposal via the yellow recycling bag may also be possible.
