OZN founder Nina Skarabela: "I love nail polish, I’m a nail polish junkie! But I also love people and beautiful things and the idea of creating something that fully reflects my vision and principles. My many years of experience in the beauty industry have taught me a lot, especially that I can only sell and want to sell something I truly love myself and would buy myself! With my OZN nail polishes, I’m in the wonderful position to do exactly that. As the creative mind behind the brand, I can fully focus on the artwork and products, while my great business partner David takes care of all the commercial matters.
Our vegan 22+ Free OZN nail polishes are made from a plant-based formula. The ingredients we use are 90% derived from sustainably grown, plant-based raw materials such as wood, potato, beetroot, spelt, sugarcane, cassava, or corn. Besides the highest product quality, it’s especially important to us to use as few chemical ingredients as possible. We largely avoid ingredients suspected of being harmful to health. For me, this is about respect for people and things. Even when I create something "non-essential" like my vegan OZN nail polishes or nail polish remover, I want it to be something valuable, made with love and passion. I believe it’s important to buy products with heart and mind. Quality-conscious and sustainable."
