Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We carefully package your order from our warehouse in Reutlingen. Within Germany, we deliver with DHL GoGreen or Deutsche Post. International orders are shipped with DHL International or, for selected countries and smaller shipments, with Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium.

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout. All shipments are sent with tracking. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. For deliveries to a DHL Packstation or parcel shop, please be sure to provide your personal DHL post number.

Germany

Shipping within Germany costs €4.95. From an order value of €60, we deliver free of charge.

The average delivery time is 2–4 business days.

EU countries

For Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Austria, we offer DHL International for €9.95. From an order value of €105, shipping costs €3.95, and from €145 we deliver free of charge.

For these countries, Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium is also available: €6.95, free shipping from an €85 order value.

For Andorra, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus, we ship with DHL International.

The shipping cost is €9.95. From an order value of €105, shipping costs €3.95, and from €145 we deliver free of charge.

The average delivery time within Europe is 3–6 business days.

European non-EU countries

For deliveries to Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City, and the United Kingdom, we ship with DHL International.

The shipping cost is €17.95. From an order value of €155, shipping costs €4.95, and from €205 we deliver free of charge.

Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are shipped with DHL International for €17.95. From an order value of €155, shipping costs €4.95, and from €205 we deliver free of charge.

For smaller orders, we also offer Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium: €8.95, free shipping from a €95 order value. This shipping method is only available for orders up to €125. For orders over 1kg or larger shipments, we reserve the right to ship via DHL International. If this results in additional shipping costs, we will contact you before shipping.

Swiss customers do not pay German VAT. Prices are shown at checkout without German VAT. Upon import into Switzerland, the statutory Swiss VAT as well as customs, import, or processing fees may apply. These costs are charged directly by customs or the delivery service and must be borne by the customer.

Shipping to Switzerland is only possible for goods with a net value of up to 999 CHF.

Shipping outside Europe

For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us by email before placing your order at info@blanda-beauty.com. We are happy to check whether shipping is possible and what shipping costs will apply.

DHL Express

For urgent orders, we offer DHL Express for most countries. The available express options are shown at checkout.

The express shipping costs are:

DHL Express shipments are prioritized in our processing. Orders placed by 11:00 am are usually shipped the same day.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes place the next working day after handover to DHL Express. Within the EU and Switzerland, goods and document shipments with DHL Express are usually also delivered the next or at the latest the following working day. For European non-EU countries, the transit time is usually 2-3 days, depending on the destination country, address, and customs clearance.

Delivery not possible

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct and that your package is picked up within the specified storage period.

If a shipment cannot be delivered, for example due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to pick up at the branch, parcel shop, or pack station, refusal of acceptance, or lack of cooperation with customs or import formalities, the package will be returned to us.

The resulting costs are borne by the customer, provided the failed delivery was not caused by Blanda Beauty. This includes in particular return shipping costs, return fees charged by the shipping service provider, already incurred shipping costs, as well as possible customs, import, storage, or processing fees.

For undeliverable shipments, we charge the following flat rates:

Germany: €5.95
EU countries: €14.95
European non-EU countries including Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, and Iceland: €22.95
Rest of World / Shipping outside Europe: at least €34.95

The costs will be deducted from any possible refund or charged before a re-delivery. If the customer requests a re-delivery, the regular shipping costs for the new shipment will also apply.

If demonstrably higher return, customs, import, storage, or processing costs arise for shipments outside Europe, returns from customs, or special cases, we reserve the right to charge these at actual cost.

Return

You can return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. For health protection and hygiene reasons, a refund is only possible if the returned items arrive unused, undamaged, and complete. For sealed products, the seal must be intact.

Please contact us by email before your return at info@blanda-beauty.com or in writing by post. We will then get back to you with all further information.

Returns from Germany

For returns within Germany, we will provide a DHL return label upon request. The return shipping cost is €5.95 and will be deducted from the refund amount after receipt and inspection of the goods.

Returns from abroad

Returns from abroad must be organized and sufficiently prepaid by the customer. The immediate costs of the return are borne by the customer.

Please choose a shipping method with tracking and sufficient insurance and keep the receipt until your return has arrived and been processed by us. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received by us again or you have provided proof of shipment.

Returns from non-EU countries

Please clearly mark returns from non-EU countries as returned goods and enclose the required customs documents on the outside of the package.

Any customs, import, or processing fees arising from missing or insufficient declaration will not be covered by Blanda Beauty.

Defective or incorrect delivery

If we have accidentally sent the wrong or defective product, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us by email before returning in this case at info@blanda-beauty.com.

Excluded from returns and exchanges

Cosmetic samples, perfume discovery sets, perfume samples, gift vouchers, and store events are excluded from exchange and return.

Our packaging

We ship as resource-consciously as possible. Our filling material made from cornstarch is 100% biodegradable and compostable. Cardboard boxes, greeting cards, and packing tape are made of paper or recycled paper and can be disposed of with waste paper.

Our samples are packed in small parchment bags, which can also be disposed of with waste paper. Only small sample containers made of plastic must be disposed of with residual waste or, depending on regional regulations, in the yellow bag.
