- Perfume samples should be ordered directly as a sample from the respective fragrance.
- Please provide one or two alternatives in case a desired product is not available as a sample.
- Many samples are carefully filled by hand by us. Therefore, shipping may take a little longer in some cases.
With the sample set, you have the opportunity to get to know three or five products of your choice specifically. For most cosmetic products, we can provide requested samples. If a brand does not offer a sample itself, we fill a small amount individually. This way, you can try textures, colors, and compatibility before purchasing the full size.
- A cosmetic sample is usually enough for 1–2 applications.
- For individual fillings, we use small cosmetic jars, globule containers, or resealable bags.
- The quantity may vary slightly for hand-filled samples.
Some products cannot be offered as samples. These include, among others, perfume samples, samples already available separately in the shop, as well as certain product types such as dietary supplements, hairspray, hair mousse, eyeliner, kohl pencils, lip liners, mascara, lip gloss, lip tint, or nail polish.
Shipping note
With the code PROBENSET, you receive a €3 discount on orders of sample sets only. This reduces the shipping cost within Germany to €1.95. The code applies only to pure sample set orders.
Good to know
The 2 free requested samples are not part of the sample set, but a separate service with every regular order. They apply to many cosmetic products, not perfume samples. Please also leave your requests in the comment field of the shopping cart.
We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
