Active Ingredients
- Rose Floral Water (Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Water) - Rose distillate, also called rose water, is obtained from rose petals. Rose distillate has soothing, astringent, and cleansing properties. It stimulates blood circulation in the fine capillaries, helps minimize the appearance of scars, micro-wounds, sunburn, and wrinkles. Naturally and delicately scented with the aroma of roses.
- Betaine - Betaine is a natural component of sugar beet/red beet. It supports the cleansing agents in shampoos. It has a very high moisturizing effect, strengthens hair, and gives it more volume and smoothness. On the skin, it provides moisture and soothes.
- Cucumber Extract (Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract) - obtained from fresh cucumbers, it moisturizes, refreshes, and regulates the skin’s pH. Supports the skin’s natural protective barrier.
- Oak Bark Extract (Quercus Robur (Oak) Bark Extract) contains tannins and is a strong natural astringent. Minimizes pores. Strengthens the skin and blood vessels.
- Calamus Root reduces shine
- Sage (Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil / Leaf Extract) - has antiseptic and antioxidant effects, soothes skin irritations, and reduces redness. Acts as an antiperspirant and fights bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
- Salicylic Acid (Salicylic Acid) - a nature-identical organic acid with antimicrobial and keratolytic (exfoliating) properties. Removes dead cells, supports cell renewal, and inhibits sebum secretion. An ingredient for oily skin prone to breakouts, blackheads, or acne.
We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
