Active Ingredients

• Carnauba wax (Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax), derived from the leaves of the Brazilian carnauba palm, is a natural, plant-based wax known for its outstanding emollient properties. It provides a smooth texture and forms a protective, water-repellent film on the skin.
  
• Hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) retains moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of connective tissue, filling and supporting it. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, it is responsible for the skin’s moisture content. Hyaluronic acid also promotes skin firmness and elasticity. As we age, we lose our natural hyaluronic acid, which is a major cause of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill fine lines and plump the skin.
• Hibiscus (Hibiscus Rosa-Sinensis Flower Powder / Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower Extract) has been called the “Botox plant” for its firming and lifting effects on the skin. Hibiscus contains natural AHAs that accelerate cell renewal, gently exfoliate the skin, and can control acne outbreaks. Hibiscus strengthens elasticity, promotes regeneration, and moisturizes skin and hair. The presence of anthocyanosides helps pores appear smaller due to its astringent properties.
• Chaste tree (Vitex Agnus-Castus Fruit Extract) is known for its antimicrobial properties. The plant is often used for impure skin or acne. Additionally, its high content of free fatty acids, linoleic acid, and artemetin can improve skin appearance. As a herbal remedy for menstrual complaints and pain, chaste tree (also called Vitex agnus-castus) has a long tradition. Used in ancient Greece to enhance fertility, it is also mentioned as gentle support during menstruation. This is mainly due to its ability to regulate the hormonal balance. It is also said to have soothing, antibiotic, and anti-inflammatory effects.
• Sea lettuce (Ulva lactuca) is a green microalga rich in minerals, amino acids, and trace elements that nourish the skin with valuable nutrients. The algae extract supports the natural skin barrier, promotes firmness, and firms and smooths the skin texture.
• Rhodiola (Rhodiolae roseae radix), also known as roseroot, is native to the northern polar circle and high mountain regions. It is said to strengthen mental and physical performance and counteract stress-related anxiety and exhaustion. The root is also believed to elevate mood and positively influence physical and mental well-being. Rhodiola species have long been known in Russian, Baltic, and Scandinavian traditional folk medicine. They are also traditionally used in Chinese and Tibetan medicine to maintain mental and physical performance. This includes nervous or sexual disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, or infectious diseases.
  
• Snow algae (Coenochloris signiensis) is a microalga that grows under extreme conditions in Arctic ice and snow. It activates cellular protection mechanisms in the skin, supports collagen formation, helps visibly firm the skin, and thus provides a smooth, vital complexion with youthful radiance.
