When massaged in, the smooth balm texture melts into a silky oil that gently dissolves dirt, excess sebum, and makeup. How to use
- Massage the Cleansing Balm into dry or slightly damp facial skin. The warmth of the skin transforms the solid texture into a smooth oil that reliably dissolves makeup, sunscreen, and dirt.
- Then rinse thoroughly with warm water. For an especially thorough cleanse, we recommend following with a water-based cleanser as the second step in your double cleansing routine.
Active ingredients
- Evening primrose oil / Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis (Evening Primrose) oil) soothes the skin, makes it more supple, and slows moisture loss. Its high content of omega-6 fatty acids, as well as vitamins and minerals, has regenerating and healing-supporting effects. It relieves itching and helps with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Dry, rough, flaky, and inflamed skin particularly benefits from the oil’s nourishing properties.
- Almond oil / Sweet almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis / Sweet Almond Oil) is gentle and well suited to caring for sensitive skin. Almond oil soothes irritation, replenishes lipids, and helps retain moisture. Dry, irritated, and mature skin particularly benefits from it. Almond oil leaves the skin soft and supple and is also well suited to hair care. Vitamins and its high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, strengthen the barrier function and provide protection.
- Bisabolol / Alpha-Bisabolol can be obtained from the essential oils of chamomile or yarrow and from the wood of the candeia tree. Bisabolol is very well tolerated and ideal for irritated or sensitive skin. Dry or blemish-prone skin also benefits from its soothing and healing properties. Alpha-bisabolol has antibacterial properties and may help reduce pigmentation spots. Bisabolol acts on melanocyte receptors to reduce irritation responses, which may lead to a reduction in melanin synthesis. This process may reduce skin pigmentation and create a “brightening” effect.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
