The caffeine-free Happiness “Happy Herbs” blend contains some of the most important plant allies that help us feel happy and uplifted. Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Mucuna, Albizia, and St. John’s wort are herbs whose effects on our mood have long been known and extensively researched.

• Roasted chicory root – Did you know that chicory is a significant prebiotic source? Chicory root comes from a plant with beautiful bright blue flowers that belongs to the dandelion family. It has been used for centuries both for culinary purposes and as a traditional remedy. It is frequently used to make a coffee alternative because it has a similar flavor and color. Although it looks like coffee, it contains no caffeine and is an aromatic bitter compound and a wonderful digestive tonic.
• Ashwagandha / sleep berry (Withania somnifera) is a staple of Ayurveda and is also known as “Indian ginseng.” Sleep berry is known for its ability to calm, soothe, and strengthen the body.
