The botanical scents in Nuud deodorants come exclusively from essential oils - no nasty chemicals in Nuud. Smell good, feel fantastic, and a high five for the planet. Coconut oil, myrica berry wax, sunflower oil, and zinc oxide complete the anti-deodorant formulation and provide the creamy texture. What makes Nuud unique?

Nuud is not a deodorant but a pre-deodorant - a regular deodorant masks the smell of sweat, whereas Nuud prevents the smell altogether. With Nuud, stink has no chance because the bacteria that cause the odor are naturally inhibited. In an antiperspirant, the active ingredient (aluminum) closes the pores, and combined with fragrances, the odor is not prevented but only disguised.

Nuud works for several days after just one application - because Nuud is different and therefore works longer than regular deodorant, a small amount is enough. Microsilver structurally reduces the bacterial population, which means the smell of sweat is prevented. Nuud works for a minimum of 48 hours and up to 7 days. Silver comes in all shapes and sizes. Often silver solutions or silver particles are used that are so small they penetrate the skin surface (nanosilver).
