AKT London was founded by Ed Currie and Andy Coxon, two former West End performers who met during a show in 2015. Their daily life on stage was extremely demanding, and traditional deodorants could not meet their needs. From this experience, after three years of research, they developed the Deodorant Balm. The brand stands for naturalness, sustainability, and inclusivity – all products are vegan, gender-free, and packaged plastic-free.

• Gatuline In-Tense MB – clinically proven to support collagen production in the deeper skin layers and visibly firm and smooth the skin.
• Shea Butter is derived from the fruit of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta-carotene, the butter protects against environmental stress, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Cocoa Butter spreads easily and leaves a velvety, soft skin feel. Saturated fatty acids like palmitic acid and stearic acid have a replenishing effect and strengthen the skin barrier. Vitamin E, alpha-tocopherol, trace elements, and minerals help the skin regenerate and compensate for cell damage. A strong moisturizer especially for dry and mature skin.
• Lactic Acid is an alpha hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates and can reduce hyperpigmentation and age spots. It also has the ability to shrink large pores and revive dull, uneven complexion.
• Apricot Kernel Oil preserves the skin’s natural protective barrier, revitalizes, and strengthens elasticity. It absorbs quickly, soothes stressed skin, and leaves a velvety skin feel. Apricot kernel oil has a high content of oleic and linoleic acids and makes the skin texture appear finer and well hydrated.
• Aloe Vera provides natural moisture, prevents skin dryness, and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies the skin with oxygen and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effect.
• Olive Squalane provides moisture and ensures a soft skin feel. It consists of 85% essential fatty acids with a high proportion of linoleic acid that supports the skin’s protective barrier. Vitamin E and polyphenols are powerful free radical scavengers and protect against premature skin aging.
• Vitamin E enables long-lasting moisture retention between the cells. This strong antioxidant neutralizes harmful free radicals and can inhibit oil oxidation, preventing blackheads. Vitamin E also promotes cell regeneration and strengthens the natural function of the skin’s protective barrier.
• Calendula Oil from the Asteraceae family is especially known for its anti-inflammatory, soothing, and wound-healing properties. It also promotes collagen formation and helps produce new tissue (an important process in wound healing), and carotenoids strengthen the skin’s protective barrier. Very well tolerated, also suitable for baby skin. Secondary plant substances, the so-called flavonoids, act as antioxidants and protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals.

Usage

• Pierce the seal of the tube with The Assistant or a pin.
• Apply ideally on dry, freshly cleansed skin. For cleansing, the matching Body Wash Concentrate is recommended.
• Massage the Body Conditioning Balm generously into the skin. Don’t forget elbows and knees.
