How long do the capsules need to be taken to see an effect?
We recommend taking them for at least 3 months, as hair takes about that long to regenerate. The skin, by comparison, only needs about 28 days to regenerate the top and visible skin layer.
Can the capsules be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
In principle, there is no objection to taking the Hyaluronic Acid Capsules during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Since there is no specific information on high doses of hyaluronic acid for pregnant or breastfeeding women, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional or midwife if you have any doubts.
