Liquid Powder works best when applied to clean eyelids. The fast-drying formula is designed to set to a smudge-proof finish in seconds—no primer needed.
Does the formula crease or smudge?
Everyone’s eyelids are different, but Liquid Powder is formulated to set quickly and not shift or smudge.
Can it be built up?
Yes—Liquid Powder builds best when applied in thin, thin layers. Be sure to let each layer dry completely before applying more color.
