Usage

• Mix one tablespoon (12g) with 200ml of liquid. Perfect as an ingredient in smoothies, juice, or muesli. The juicy green powder is a real eye-catcher!
• Holistic boost: Herbal latte. How about a wild alternative to matcha latte? For a power drink in between or as a grounding, mindful ceremony. Use 200ml plant-based milk or regular milk, 1 tbsp wild herb powder, and optionally 1 tsp acacia honey.
• How to: Warm the milk. Put the wild herb powder into a cup. Add the plant milk and whisk until nice and frothy. If you like, stir in some honey. Done is the deep green and frothy-light herbal latte. Tip: Works great with an electric milk frother too.
