Usage

• Unfold the mask and apply it to a cleansed, dry face.
  
• Make sure eyes, mouth, and nostrils are free and press the mask firmly onto the skin.

Active Ingredients

• Aloe Vera Extract / Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents skin dryness, and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies oxygen to the skin and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effect.
• Hyaluronic Acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) stores moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of connective tissue, filling and supporting it. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, it is responsible for the skin’s moisture content. Hyaluronic acid also promotes skin firmness and elasticity. As we age, we lose natural hyaluronic acid, which is a major cause of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill fine lines and plump the skin.
• Beard lichens (Usnea Barbata Extract) / lichens are known for their antibacterial, soothing, and anti-inflammatory effects. The polysaccharides they contain provide moisture, and usnic acid effectively fights bacteria, germs, and fungi, which are key factors in acne and impure skin. Beard lichen is a symbiotic organism formed from the symbiosis of a fungus with an alga.
• Valuable tea tree oil (Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil) is obtained by steam distillation, like most essential oils. Tea tree oil is antiseptic and has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It combats the causes of pimples, blemishes, and inflammatory skin problems such as acne and can relieve symptoms. The evergreen tea tree originates from Australia.
• Nutrients in Laminaria algae (Laminaria Digitata (Sea Kelp) Extract) reduce redness and inflammation and provide deep moisture to soothe and repair dry and damaged skin. It is rich in essential, energy-giving minerals and contains vitamins A, E, C, and B. Laminaria helps stimulate collagen production in the skin and protects against damage from free radicals.
• Rosemary Extract (Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract) – The Mediterranean medicinal plant promotes circulation and has mild antibacterial effects. • Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana Leaf Extract) – Witch hazel leaf extract is made from the leaves and bark of the shrub. It helps remove excess oil, is anti-inflammatory, and balances the skin’s pH. Known to reduce acne and tighten the skin. Natural healing properties for a clearer complexion.
• Salicylic Acid – A nature-identical organic acid with antimicrobial and keratolytic (exfoliating) properties. It removes dead cells, supports cell renewal, and inhibits sebum secretion. An ingredient for oily skin prone to breakouts, blackheads, or acne. Naturally found in willow bark or meadowsweet, for example.
• Honeysuckle Extract (Lonicera japonica flower extract) is traditionally used in Japan and East Asia to care for inflamed or stressed skin. Honeysuckle has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties and is also considered a powerful antioxidant. It acts toning, healing, and protects against damage from free radicals.
• Argan Oil (Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil) is extracted from the kernels of the argan fruit. The unique argan trees grow only in southwestern Morocco. The antioxidant- and vitamin-rich oil is used in skin and hair care. Its high fatty acid content (linoleic acid) supports the build-up and maintenance of the skin barrier. Its anti-inflammatory properties help with problematic skin, and the high vitamin E content protects against free radicals and promotes cell turnover. It moisturizes hair, protects against environmental stress, promotes a healthy appearance, and soothes itchy scalp and psoriasis. The non-comedogenic oil also acts as a light, natural heat and UV protectant.
• Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Oil) contains a lot of vitamin C and can help revitalize and brighten a dull complexion.
