Usage

• Recommendation: Use 1 teaspoon of Mulungu powder per cup.
• For a mild effect, use 1 teaspoon of Mulungu per cup of hot water, steep for only 10 to 15 minutes, then strain. Optionally, enhance with honey or aromatic herbs such as lemon balm, tulsi, or rose petals.
• For a stronger effect, add 1 tablespoon of Mulungu powder to 2 cups of water and gently simmer on the stove for about 20 minutes until the liquid is reduced to about 1 cup. Strain and enjoy warm, ideally when you have planned at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep.
• Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with low blood pressure. Also not suitable for those taking blood pressure medication, antidepressants, or psychotropic drugs. Consult your doctor if in doubt.
