How to Use

• Unfold the mask and apply it to a cleansed, dry face.
  
• Make sure eyes, mouth, and nostrils are free and press the mask firmly onto the skin.
• Leave the mask on for 20 minutes or until it shrinks.
• Gently massage any excess liquid into the face and décolleté.

Active Ingredients

• Aloe Vera Extract / Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents skin dryness, and strengthens the skin’s natural barrier. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies oxygen to the skin and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effects.
• Ferments – During fermentation, a natural ingredient is combined with specific enzymes and/or bacteria, usually the probiotic Lactobacillus. During the fermentation process, the base material is broken down, producing additional valuable amino acids, vitamins, and antioxidants. This allows the active ingredient to fully develop its power and optimally care for the skin. The broken-down molecules are also smaller, making them easier and more effective for the body to recognize and absorb. Fermentation also combats pathogens and fungi, naturally preserving the ingredients and eliminating the need for added preservatives.
• Licorice Root Extract (Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract) has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It is known for its skin-smoothing and itch-relieving properties. It is often used for inflamed, irritated, and sensitive skin. Its ability to fight viruses and bacteria makes licorice a powerful and popular ingredient in skincare.
• Retinol, retinal, and retinoids are derivatives of Vitamin A, which plays a key role in cell growth processes. Retinol is converted in the body to retinoic acid and then exerts its effects. The vitamin supports skin regeneration, stimulates metabolism, and promotes collagen production. Its plumping effect improves skin texture, making the skin appear fuller, smoother, and more even. Retinol increases sensitivity to sunlight and is best used with UV protection or in the evening.
• Honeysuckle Flower Extract (Lonicera japonica flower extract) is traditionally used in Japan and East Asia to care for inflamed or stressed skin. Honeysuckle has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties and is also considered a potent antioxidant. It tones, heals, and protects against damage from free radicals.
• Grapefruit (Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Oil) contains a lot of Vitamin C and can help revitalize and brighten dull complexions. The included salicylic acid supports this effect and also acts as an antimicrobial. Beta-carotene is a powerful antioxidant that can slow skin aging, Vitamin B and various minerals support the lymphatic system, and lycopene has antibacterial properties.
• Extract of true or Roman chamomile flowers (Chamomilla Recutita Matricaria Extract / Anthemis Nobilis Flower) has soothing, relaxing, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing effects. Impure skin benefits from its clarifying effect. Plant extracts stimulate skin metabolism and promote cell regeneration. Very suitable for sensitive skin. Stressed scalp also benefits from its disinfecting and soothing properties and supports hair growth.
• Essential orange oil (Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil) is cold-pressed from orange peels. Orange oil brightens, is antibacterial, and astringent. It can combat inflammation and blemishes, regulate excessive sebum production, and promote a smoother skin texture. In hair and scalp care, orange oil improves scalp circulation, degreases hair, and can reduce dandruff. Orange oil contains limonene, aldehydes, linalool, citronella, citral, terpineol, Vitamin C, and geraniol. Its scent calms and uplifts mood.
• Ylang Ylang means “flower of flowers,” a name inspired by its intoxicating scent. The essential ylang ylang oil is balancing, antibacterial, and antiseptic. It regulates sebum production, moisturizing dry skin while mattifying oily skin. Very suitable for combination or blemished skin, promoting a healthier complexion over time. The oil is also said to have aphrodisiac effects.
• Ceramides are lipids (fats) naturally found in our skin. They form the basis of the skin’s barrier function. The skin barrier prevents harmful substances from entering the skin and keeps it well hydrated. A functioning skin barrier is essential for healthy skin. Ceramides reduce water loss from the skin, also called TEWL (Trans Epidermal Water Loss), protect against environmental stressors, bacteria, and other influences the skin is exposed to. Ceramides are therefore an effective anti-aging ingredient that also helps keep the skin soft and smooth.
• Hyaluronic Acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) stores moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of connective tissue, filling and supporting it. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, it is responsible for the skin’s moisture content. Hyaluronic acid also promotes skin firmness and elasticity. As we age, we lose our natural hyaluronic acid, which is a major cause of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill fine lines and plump the skin.
• Vitamin E / Tocopherol enables long-lasting moisture retention between cells. This strong antioxidant neutralizes harmful free radicals and can inhibit oil oxidation, preventing blackheads. Vitamin E also promotes cell regeneration and strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier.
• Essential immortelle oil, also known as everlasting flower (Helichrysum Essential Oil), is astringent, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and supports wound healing. The oil is said to activate collagen synthesis, strengthen connective tissue, boost skin regeneration, and improve skin elasticity. Its soothing properties make it very suitable for irritated and sensitive skin.
• Geranium oil (Pelargonium Graveolens (geranium) oil) regulates the skin’s sebum production. While it reduces sebum production in oily skin, it stimulates sebum production in dry skin. This essential oil, used in skin care since ancient Egypt, also stimulates blood circulation, improves skin elasticity, and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and wound-healing effects.
• Carrot seed oil / extract (Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Seed Oil) – the nourishing and skin-rejuvenating oil is rich in Vitamin A, provitamin A (beta-carotene), Vitamins B1, B2, and C, linoleic and linolenic acids. Dry, cracked, and brittle skin is softened and moisturized. Vitamin A has cell-protective properties and can prevent premature skin aging. Carotene can give the skin a slightly darker tone (natural self-tanner).
