The Mermaid Mask by Leahlani is an intensely clarifying superfood mask suitable for all skin types. Its emerald green color comes from spirulina, chlorella, and other algae extracts that provide the skin with valuable nutrients and leave it looking fresh, smooth, and well cared for after use.

Hawaiian raw honey and sea buckthorn form the antibacterial, nourishing, and smoothing base of the mask. They cleanse, help retain moisture, and support a balanced skin feel. Illite, montmorillonite, and kaolin absorb excess oil and help thoroughly clarify pores without leaving the skin dry or tight.

The algae extracts from Leahlani come from a farm on the pristine coast of Hawaii, where they grow in open water basins under the Hawaiian sun. Pure deep-sea water, Hawaiian groundwater, and plenty of sunlight create optimal conditions for nutrient-rich algae with proteins, amino acids, and vitamins.

Leahlani produces the products in small batches in their own studio on Kaua’i. The formulations are based on selected organic, wild-harvested, and local Hawaiian ingredients and are made without synthetic colorants and fragrances.

Usage

• Stir well before use.
• Place about a teaspoon of the mask in the palm, mix with a few drops of water, and emulsify between the fingertips.
• Apply to cleansed, slightly damp skin and gently massage in.
• Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water.
• Use 2–3 times per week.
• For sensitive skin, leave on for a shorter time initially, as the mask contains essential oils.

• Organic spirulina is a nutrient-rich superfood full of proteins and amino acids. It also contains many well-known antioxidants. It helps with premature aging, acne, redness, uneven skin tone, and dryness.
• Organic premium chlorella (algae) is perhaps the most well-known superfood in the world. It is sometimes called "the perfect food" because of its balanced ratio of proteins, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. This superfood contains a high amount of skin-loving vitamins A and C and thoroughly cleanses the skin.
• Organic honey from Hawaii - natural honey is antiseptic and antimicrobial and helps cleanse the skin and thoroughly eliminate bacteria. Honey contains gluconic acid, a mild alpha hydroxy acid that brightens and fades age spots. Raw honey is enriched with a variety of nutrients such as vitamin B, manganese, iron, potassium, and calcium.
