At altitudes of between 1,800 and 3,000 meters in the Himalayas, the Himalayan wild cherry grows. The oil is made from hand-picked wild fruits that ripen from May to June. The seeds are laid out to dry in the sun and then cold-pressed to extract the oil. A slow process that preserves the nutrients. 

Application

• Massage generously into damp, clean hair. Leave on for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Active ingredients

• Rose cherry oil (Prinsepia Utilis Seed (Himalayan wild cherry) Oil) is used in traditional medicine to treat muscle pain and rheumatism. Rose cherry oil from the Himalayas, also known as dhateo oil, is rich in unsaturated omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids and vitamins E and A. The cherry has a soothing and irritation-relieving effect and strengthens the skin’s and hair’s natural protective barrier. It promotes an even complexion, protects against environmental stressors, and leaves skin and hair soft and supple.
• Mango seed butter – Native mango butter is the fat from the seed of the tropical fruit. Mango butter moisturizes and has a soothing and regenerating effect on the skin and scalp. This nutrient-rich butter contains various fatty acids, vitamins A, C, D, and E, as well as various minerals. 
• Sunflower oil (Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil) has a high content of linoleic acid, antioxidants, and vitamin E. It supports wound healing, has antibacterial properties, and helps the skin regenerate. The oil combats skin impurities with vitamins A and D. It is readily absorbed and does not clog pores. For hair, it is a natural moisturizer that strengthens the hair, promotes growth, eliminates frizz, and adds shine.
• Moringa seed oil (Moringa pterygosperma seed extract / oil) – The moringa tree is known as the “miracle tree” and “tree of life” because of its many uses. Moringa oil is rich in nutrients and, due to its high concentration of antioxidants, helps firm the skin and slow the aging process. Moringa oil has antibacterial properties that can soothe acne inflammation and reduce redness.
• Edelweiss is a soothing, anti-inflammatory plant that provides UV protection. Bioavailable phytochemicals such as chlorogenic acid, luteolin, bisabolane derivatives, and beta-sitosterol have antiseptic and antioxidant properties.
• Vitamin E / tocopherol enables long-lasting moisture retention between cells. This powerful antioxidant neutralizes harmful free radicals and can inhibit the oxidation of oil, thereby preventing blackheads. Vitamin E also promotes cell regeneration and strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier function.
• Chamomile has a soothing, relaxing, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing effect. Impure skin benefits from its clarifying effect. Extracts of the plant stimulate skin metabolism and promote cell regeneration. Well suited to sensitive skin.
