With Belly Love Powder, Anima Mundi combines six plants and fruits into an uncomplicated powder blend for smoothies, juices, tea, or water. The formula draws on botanicals that have been used in various traditional plant-based practices around digestion, metabolism, and inner balance—including ginger, garcinia, and Cha de Bugre.

Cranberry, mangosteen, and hibiscus contribute their characteristic secondary plant compounds and give the blend its fruity, tart note. Ginger adds a gentle warmth. • Garcinia Cambogia
  This tropical fruit has a long culinary and herbal tradition in South and Southeast Asia. There, garcinia is particularly used in formulas focused on digestion and metabolism. It is naturally characterized by its hydroxycitric acid (HCA) content, which continues to be extensively researched.
• Cha de Bugre
  This South American plant is traditionally used as an herbal tea and is found primarily in plant blends focused on digestion, metabolism, and fluid balance. It naturally contains a small amount of caffeine.
• Ginger
  One of the best-known plants when it comes to meals and digestion. Ginger has been valued for centuries in Ayurveda, TCM, and European herbal medicine and has traditionally been used particularly to support a comfortable feeling in the stomach and accompany digestion.
• Cranberry & Mangosteen
  These two intensely colored fruits complement the blend with a variety of natural secondary plant compounds. Mangosteen has a long tradition in Southeast Asia, while cranberry is especially associated with North America.
• Hibiscus
  The tart, fruity hibiscus flowers are used as an herbal infusion in many parts of the world. They provide natural anthocyanins and, together with cranberry, give Belly Love its characteristic fruity, bittersweet note.

Use

• 1½ teaspoons (approx. 3.7 g) Stir into tea, juice, smoothies, or water, or sprinkle over food.
• Always seal the jar tightly and use only a completely dry spoon, as the powder is sensitive to moisture.
• Store protected from heat and light; refrigerate if needed.
