Ideally, the Innonature Lemon Morning® metabolic drink is consumed directly in the morning before the first meal. The combination of lemon, ginger, and apple cider vinegar is suitable for a good start to the day.
Can the powder also be consumed in warm or hot water?
Starting the day with a warm drink can be very soothing, and Lemon Morning® can also be consumed with warm water. Since vitamin C is heat-sensitive, we recommend not heating Lemon Morning® above 40 °C.
How often can I consume Lemon Morning®?
You can dose and use Lemon Morning® according to your own needs. We recommend consuming Lemon Morning® no more than 3 times daily.
Can Lemon Morning® also be consumed by children, pregnant, and breastfeeding women?
In principle, there is no objection to consuming Lemon Morning® during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Of course, your individual tolerances play a role here, especially since ginger should be consumed in moderation during pregnancy. If you are unsure about the dosage, we recommend discussing consumption with medical professionals beforehand. The same applies to children. If you have doubts about the optimal dosage and possible individual circumstances, we recommend consulting a pediatrician.

Recommended use: Mix 1 heaping teaspoon (approx. 5g) with 200 - 300 ml water. Ideally enjoy before the first meal. Since Innonature avoids the use of flow agents and anti-caking agents, small lumps may initially form in the drink but will dissolve after thorough stirring.
A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Consume within a few weeks after opening.
