Active Ingredients

• Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is derived from the fruit of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta carotene, the butter protects against environmental stress, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
• Macadamia nut oil (Macadamia Integrifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil) provides plenty of moisture and especially cares for dry, cracked, and stressed skin. The oil smooths and regenerates the skin. The beneficial mix of unsaturated, healthy fatty acids and the high content of vitamins and trace elements have earned macadamia the name “queen of nuts.” Its fatty acid profile resembles our skin’s natural sebum and is therefore very well absorbed. The oil is non-comedogenic and absorbs quickly and without residue.
• Essential orange oil (Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil) is cold-pressed from orange peels. Orange oil has brightening, antibacterial, and astringent effects. It can combat inflammation and blemishes, regulate excessive sebum production, and promote a smoother skin texture. In hair and scalp care, orange oil improves scalp circulation, degreases hair, and can reduce dandruff. Orange oil contains limonene, aldehydes, linalool, citronella, citral, terpineol, vitamin C, and geraniol. The scent calms and uplifts the mood.
• Murumuru butter (Astrocaryum murumuru seed butter) is extracted from the seeds of the murumuru palm. Used for centuries by indigenous people in the Amazon, the butter provides intense moisture and soothes dry, cracked, and sensitive skin.
