Active Ingredients

• Rahua (Ungurahua): Women in the Amazon region have used the oil of this tree nut for many centuries to care for and strengthen their hair. It strengthens weak and damaged hair, nourishes and maintains the health of hair follicles and scalp, and its ultra-fine molecules penetrate the color pigmentation deep into the hair shaft, significantly extending color retention. The skin benefits from its generous supply of omega-9 fatty acids, which firm and soothe and restore the scalp’s natural moisture balance. Rahua uses Symbiotic® Ungurahua.
• Pomegranate Seed Oil (Punica Granatum Seed Oil) contains the rare omega-5 fatty acids (punicic acid). These fatty acids have strong antioxidant effects and anti-inflammatory properties. The oil supports the fight against free radicals and premature skin aging, can reduce age spots, and promotes collagen synthesis, thus aiding skin regeneration and repair. Furthermore, the oil contains secondary plant substances such as flavonoids, polyphenols, and phytosterols, all of which have strong regenerative effects.
• Biotin (Vitamin B7 or Vitamin H) – The body needs this vitamin to produce keratin. The fibrous protein keratin is an important building block for shiny hair, healthy skin, and strong nails. Biotin is also said to stimulate hair growth and help with hair loss.
• Guayusa (Ilex Guayusa) is rich in antioxidants that minimize damage from free radicals. Additionally, the holly contains a lot of vitamin B, which supports healthy hair.
• Buriti oil (also called Morete) is extracted from the fruits of the buriti palm (Mauritia vinifera / Mauritia flexuosa), mainly found in Brazil. Buriti oil is characterized by a high concentration of oleic acid, tocopherols (vitamin precursors), provitamin A, and carotenoids, especially a very high amount of beta-carotene (five times that of carrots). The nourishing oil has strong antioxidant properties, supports cell regeneration, and offers light natural protection against UV rays. This potent anti-aging oil cares for skin and hair and can normalize sebum production.
• Aloe Vera Extract / Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents skin dryness, and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies the skin with oxygen and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effects.
• Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil) protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals and premature skin aging. Its high lauric acid content gives the oil its antifungal and antibacterial properties. Coconut oil is comedogenic but still helps against impurities and is suitable for acne-prone and sensitive skin. It moisturizes and makes the skin supple.
• Shea Butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is obtained from the fruits of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a care and healing agent. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta-carotene, the butter protects against environmental stress, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and makes skin and hair soft and supple.
