The Rahua Leave-In Treatment is a concentrated leave-in treatment with heat protection for medium-thick to thick, dry, or stressed hair. The rich cream smooths frizz, strengthens the hair shaft, and gives the lengths softness and natural shine. It protects the hair from heat-related stress when blow-drying, straightening, or styling with a curling iron.

Omega-9-rich Rahua oil, quinoa, organic aloe vera, green tea, and raspberry leaf extract combine with nourishing plant oils to create an intensive styling treatment. It helps prevent hair breakage and split ends, while the hair lengths feel softer, smoother, and more resilient. The warm scent of vanilla pleasantly rounds off the application.

The rich formula combines intensive care with an effortless styling step. Rahua oil is rich in omega-9 fatty acids and supports soft, shiny hair lengths. Jojoba oil, sunflower oil, and shea butter complement the treatment with valuable lipids, helping dry or rough-looking ends appear softer and smoother.

Hydrolyzed quinoa, panthenol, and glycerin help retain moisture in the hair and leave the hair surface looking cared for. Green tea and raspberry leaf extract provide antioxidant plant compounds and complement the formula as protective care against sun exposure, environmental stressors, and regular styling.

The result is soft, cared-for, smoother-looking hair with natural shine and noticeably less frizz.

Active ingredients

• Rahua (Ungurahua): Women in the Amazon region have used the oil from this tree nut for many centuries to care for and strengthen their hair. It strengthens weak and damaged hair, nourishes and maintains the health of the hair follicles and scalp, and its ultrafine molecules penetrate deeply into the hair shaft’s pigmentation, significantly extending color retention. The skin benefits from its generous supply of omega-9 fatty acids, which firm and soothe and restore the scalp’s natural moisture balance. Rahua uses Symbiotic® Ungurahua.
• Palo Santo Oil: Known as “holy wood” and valued by Amazonian shamans for its spiritual cleansing properties since the Inca era. Its refined, earthy aroma offers a soothing aromatherapy experience.
• Rosemary Extract (Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract) – This medicinal plant from the Mediterranean region promotes circulation and has mildly antibacterial properties. Mature skin benefits from its circulation-promoting effect. Impure skin can be brought back into balance with rosemary. In hair care, rosemary stimulates circulation in the scalp and thereby improves nutrient absorption. It promotes hair growth and regulates sebum production.
• Hydrolyzed Quinoa (Hydrolyzed Quinoa) – Known by the ancient Incas as the “mother of all grains,” this gluten-free superfood revitalizes skin and hair. Rich in vitamins and amino acids, it inhibits collagen breakdown, supports connective tissue, promotes healing and moisture retention, and reduces signs of fatigue.
• Raspberries belong to the rose family! Raspberries are rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and are considered a powerful anti-aging and UV protectant. They support the skin and hair’s natural healing processes and combat inflammation. Raspberry seed oil / extract supports hydration, skin elasticity, and the skin’s barrier protection.
• Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) - The high fatty acid content makes skin and hair soft, smooth, and resilient. The oil has antibacterial properties, absorbs quickly, and contains vitamins B and E, minerals, and beta-carotene (provitamin A). It strengthens cell development and renewal, counteracts skin aging, and strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier. Also highly suitable for hair and scalp care.
• Green Tea Extract (Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract) is distilled from the leaves of the tea plant. Green tea has powerful antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps combat acne and breakouts, purifies, and promotes a clear complexion. It is used to combat premature skin and hair aging, promotes the reduction of pores, and makes the skin look fresher. Green tea also has a soothing effect; it can reduce redness and irritation and relieve itching.
• Vanilla belongs to the orchid family. Vanilla essential oil/extract (Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Oil/Extract) has powerful antioxidant properties as well as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. In skin care, blemished or inflamed skin in particular benefits from these properties. The warm, soothing scent can lift the mood, release blockages, and improve concentration. Vanilla is also said to have an aphrodisiac effect.
• Aloe Vera Extract / Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents the skin from drying out, and strengthens the skin’s natural barrier. Aloe vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies skin and hair with oxygen and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effect.
