Trace minerals such as manganese, potassium and copper, as well as naturally occurring plant compounds of antioxidant interest, are also part of coconut’s characteristic nutrient profile. The powder gives coffee, matcha, chai or smoothies a pleasantly smooth and full-bodied texture – without added sugar and without dairy ingredients.
The coconuts come from a family-run farm in Thailand where organic coconuts have been cultivated for more than 150 years. No more than 3% organic acacia fiber and organic tapioca maltodextrin help keep the fine powder from clumping and make it easy to measure.

Coconut naturally provides fiber; a small amount of acacia fiber is added as well. Here, it also supports the powder’s fine, easy-to-measure texture. -

Coconut naturally contains trace minerals such as manganese, potassium and copper, as well as various plant compounds of antioxidant interest. They contribute to the coconut’s complex natural nutrient profile.
How to Use
- 1 tablespoon (approx. 8 g) stirred into coffee, matcha, chai, cocoa, smoothies or other beverages.
- Also suitable for refining porridge, soups, curries, desserts or baked goods.
- For especially creamy beverages, stir in with a small whisk or milk frother.
- After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months if possible.
- Protect from moisture and use only a dry spoon to remove the powder.

What do I use Coconut Cream Powder for?
Primarily as a plant-based creamer for coffee, matcha, chai or cocoa. It makes beverages creamier without having to open an entire carton of plant milk or coconut milk. It can also be used to refine smoothies, porridge, soups and curries.
What is the difference between this and regular coconut milk powder?
Coconut Cream Powder is based on coconut cream and designed for an especially creamy, rich texture. Anima Mundi uses only a very small amount of acacia fiber and tapioca maltodextrin to make the powder easy to use.
Is sugar added?
No. The formula contains no added sugar. The mild sweetness comes from the ingredients themselves.
Does Coconut Cream also work with coffee?
Yes – that is one of the ways we especially enjoy it. One tablespoon gives coffee or espresso a softer, fuller-bodied texture and a subtle coconut note.
Why should the powder be refrigerated after opening?
Coconut Cream Powder is sensitive to heat and moisture. When stored in a cool, dry place, its fine consistency is better preserved.
We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
