What are Menstru® Balance capsules taken for?
Menstru® Balance is aimed at people with a menstrual cycle who are affected by hormonal imbalance. Unfortunately, for legal reasons, we are hardly allowed to give advice and recommendations on dietary supplements and plant extracts, so we recommend conducting your own research if interested and consulting the healthcare professional you trust.
How long should the capsules be taken?
We recommend continuous use for at least 3 months. Initial changes may also occur earlier in some cases, but this is complex and individual, which is why a minimum intake of 3 months is generally recommended. If in doubt, we recommend consulting the medical professional you trust.
Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children
Our Meno Balance capsules should not be used during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding or only after consultation with a specialist due to the ingredients contained. The capsules are also not suitable for children because of the ingredients.

As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
