The Overnight Repair Serum by Innersense is a lightweight bonding serum for dry, damaged, and chemically treated hair. It is worked into the lengths and ends in the evening, remains in the hair overnight, and does not need to be washed out in the morning.
At the heart of the bond-repair effect is hydrolyzed moringa protein. The small protein components penetrate damaged areas of the hair fiber and bind to keratin structures. This strengthens weakened connections within the hair and improves its resilience. Tamanu oil simultaneously conditions the outer cuticle, smooths rough lengths, and helps retain moisture in the hair.

- Hydrolyzed moringa protein is the formula’s key bonding active. Hydrolysis breaks the protein down into smaller components that can reach porous and damaged areas of the hair fiber and attach to keratin structures there. This targeted bond-repair effect supports weakened bonds in the hair, improves strength and resilience, and helps reduce breakage and visible split ends.
- Tamanu oil from the seeds of Calophyllum Inophyllum is rich in lipids and conditions dry and stressed lengths in particular. It smooths the outer cuticle, helps retain moisture in the hair, and provides a softer, shinier finish.
- A moisturizing complex of glycerin, Sodium PCA, Sodium Lactate, hyaluronic acid, and various amino acids binds moisture and helps leave the hair feeling soft and supple. Especially for porous or chemically treated hair, this moisturizing complex is a valuable complement to the repairing care. Glycerin is a proven humectant that binds water and helps dry hair maintain its softness. Propanediol supports moisture retention while also improving the distribution of the formula throughout the hair. Sodium PCA is a component of the natural moisturizing system and a particularly effective moisture binder. It helps keep dry and porous hair soft and supple. Sodium Lactate is a moisture-binding component of the Natural Moisturizing Factor that supports hydration of the hair fiber.
- Lavandin extract, together with lavender and bergamot, creates the serum’s gentle aromatic scent. Innersense deliberately designed the formula as part of a calming evening routine.

Yes. The products are a very sensible combination. Use the Repair Hair Mask as a rinse-out intensive treatment when washing your hair, followed by the Overnight Repair Serum or between washes as a leave-in treatment.
