Ektoplasma by Heretic Parfum moves along the threshold between this world and the beyond. Cool and floating like a ghostly apparition, the composition is simultaneously carried by a creamy, gentle warmth. This contrast between airiness and physicality gives the fragrance its distinctive tension: difficult to grasp, yet unmistakably present.
Citrus, juniper mist, and clear, cool air open the composition. Aromatic woods quickly dissolve into a floating veil, leading to a creamy core of lactonic blossoms and transparent sandalwood.
As it develops, a vegan ambergris accord, dust, soft musk notes, and light woods emerge. Ektoplasma remains deliberately difficult to categorize: neither distinctly floral nor clearly woody, but a delicate trace between presence and disappearance.

Heretic Parfum creates distinctive, gender-independent fragrances with a botanical signature. Founder and perfumer Douglas Little combines botanical raw materials with selected modern aroma molecules. The fragrances are produced in small batches at the studio in Los Angeles and are allowed to unfold individually over time, with warmth and movement.

GHOSTS – Heretic Parfum x Chelsea Wolfe
Ektoplasma is part of the GHOSTS Collection, a collaboration between Heretic Parfum and musician Chelsea Wolfe. The five fragrances in the series – Spectral Grace, Ektoplasma, The Veil, Doppelgänger and Shadow People – explore themes such as memory, perception, and fleeting presence.
The fragrances in the collection are intentionally designed to be transparent and fluid. Spectral musk notes, light woods, ghostly blossoms, and subtle animalic nuances emerge, recede, and reappear later.
Within the collection, Ektoplasma represents a presence without a fixed form. Cold mist and body warmth, creamy blossoms and transparent sandalwood come together; ambergris, dust, and musk remain as a quiet, strangely luminous trace.
Application
- Spray as needed on the insides of the wrists, behind the ears, along the sides of the neck, on the décolleté, or in the crooks of the elbows.
- Ektoplasma changes with warmth and movement and can be reapplied throughout the day.
- For a personalized scent effect, Ektoplasma can be layered with other fragrances from the GHOSTS Collection.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
