- Only one sample per product can be ordered. Different shades of a product are possible.
- Use the code PROBENSET to get €3 off, reducing the shipping cost to €1.95.
- The code PROBENSET is only valid for pure sample set orders. If the code is used for regular orders, the order unfortunately cannot be processed.
We try to accommodate your wishes and can offer a sample of almost all products. If a brand itself does not provide a sample, we fill a small amount individually.
However, there are also (few) products for which we cannot offer samples. Therefore, please list one or two alternative sample requests as well.
- Usually, one sample is enough for 1-2 applications.
- Since we carefully prepare many samples by hand, shipping may take a few days longer.
- For individual fillings, we use small cosmetic jars or resealable bags.
- For self-filled samples, we cannot guarantee that each sample contains exactly the same amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer perfume samples in the sample set. However, you can order a sample of all perfumes with the respective product.
Note:
- Sample sizes of some products can be ordered directly in the shop with the respective product (for example, perfume samples or samples from Lily Lolo or Fine).
- These normally "orderable" samples cannot be ordered through the sample set.
- Only one sample per product can be ordered. Repeated sample purchases of the same product cannot be fulfilled.
- There are brands or products for which no samples are available. Here is a list of products or brands that are not available as samples. This list is not exhaustive and the availability of brands or products may change at any time.
- all products from the brands Anima Mundi, Ylumi, The Nue Co., Bevivid, Ogaenics, Ancient & Brave (dietary supplements)
- the hair colors of the brand Noelie
- hairspray and hair mousse
- eyeliner
- kohl pencil and lip liner (swatches are possible)

- lip tint
- nail polish
- konjac sponge, muslin cloths, makeup remover wipes
- Samples are excluded from exchange or refund.
Of course, you can still specify 2 sample requests with a regular order. Sample requests combined with a regular order are free of charge.

Your package is usually prepared for shipment within 48 hours (business days). The average delivery time in Germany is 1-3 business days.
We ship with DHL GoGreen, 100% climate neutral. Shipping within Germany costs €4.95. Free shipping for orders over €60.
Shipping to the EU and the United Kingdom with DHL International costs €9.95. For orders over €95, shipping costs €3.95, and for orders over €135, we offer free shipping.
Shipping to Switzerland with DHL International costs €14.95. We offer free shipping for orders over €155.
For Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, we also offer shipping with Warenpost International Premium. Free shipping is available for orders over €75; below that, shipping costs €6.95.
For non-EU countries, shipping with DHL International costs €17.95. We offer free shipping for orders over €155.
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Refunds or exchanges are only possible for unopened, unused, and undamaged products.
We pack with care and environmentally friendly materials. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and the packing tape can also be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
