Usage

• Beleric Myrobalan / Bibhitaki (Terminalia Bellirica) is an Asian fruit that plays an important role in Ayurveda and other Asian healing traditions. Especially popular together with Amla and Haritaki in the herbal blend Triphala, considered a "rejuvenating agent." Bibhitaki has astringent, antibacterial, and soothing properties. It is often used for skin irritations and inflammatory skin conditions.
• Lotus Flower/Seed Extract (Lotus Flower (Nelumbo Nucifera)) is rich in vitamins and contains proteins, tannins, and flavonoids. The plant helps fight oxidative stress and improves skin hydration. Lotus has a calming effect, normalizes sebum production, strengthens the skin barrier, and thus protects against harmful environmental stressors.
