  Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) has a long tradition in European folk and herbal medicine and was particularly valued during the cold season. Its deep-dark berries naturally contain anthocyanins and other secondary plant compounds. Modern research is also examining elderberry and its traditional use in connection with seasonal respiratory complaints.
• Reishi, shiitake & maitake
  These three mushrooms are firmly rooted in East Asian dietary and herbal traditions. Traditionally, they have been valued as strengthening tonics; modern research focuses, among other things, on their polysaccharides and their interactions with the immune system.
• Cordyceps

Usage

• Shake well before use.
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, taken neat or added to water, tea, or juice.
• Store away from heat and direct light.

The 59-ml bottle contains approximately 12 servings, and the 118-ml bottle approximately 24 servings.
