CALM was originally created in 2020 as a so-called “Communi-Tea” for community aid projects and, due to its great popularity, became a permanent part of the Anima Mundi Apothecary. The flavor is soft and herbal, with chamomile and rose taking center stage—wonderful in the afternoon, after a long day, or as a peaceful way to end the evening.
The modern herbal apothecary Anima Mundi combines traditional plant knowledge from different cultures with carefully selected organic and wildcrafted botanicals. Founder Adriana Ayales sees her formulas as a bridge between traditional plant wisdom and modern everyday life.

Tulsi & Ashwagandha
Two of the best-known plants in Ayurveda. Tulsi is traditionally associated there with balance and inner calm; Ashwagandha is considered one of the classic adaptogenic rasayanas and is particularly valued during periods of physical or mental strain. -
Chamomile & Milky Oats
Chamomile is one of the classic plants associated with calm and relaxation. Milky Oats—oats at an early stage of maturity—are traditionally used in Western herbalism as a gentle, nourishing tonic during demanding and exhausting periods. -
Eleuthero
Also known as Siberian ginseng, although botanically it is not a true ginseng. Eleuthero is traditionally used as an adaptogenic tonic and is particularly associated with resilience, stamina, and coping with periods of strain. -
Rose & Marshmallow
Rose petals add a soft, floral note to the blend and are associated with emotional well-being in many plant traditions. Marshmallow rounds out the formula with its mild character.

How to Use
- 1 tablespoon of CALM Tea per cup, steeped in hot water.
- Steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain.
- Enjoy plain or refine to taste with a little plant milk or sweetener.
- Store protected from heat and light.
Due to the Ashwagandha it contains, do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you have thyroid disease, existing medical conditions, or take medication, consult a doctor before use. The NCCIH specifically advises against using Ashwagandha during pregnancy and breastfeeding and points out possible interactions.

What moments is CALM Tea intended for?
The formula is designed for days when calm, balance, and consciously slowing down are needed. That is why it combines classic herbs traditionally used for relaxation, such as chamomile, with plants traditionally classified as adaptogenic, such as Tulsi, Ashwagandha, and Eleuthero.
Why does CALM contain plants traditionally associated with both calming and invigorating effects?
That is precisely the idea behind the blend: Chamomile, Rose, and Milky Oats are traditionally associated more with calm and gentleness, while Ashwagandha, Tulsi, and Eleuthero are valued as tonics during periods of increased strain. In this way, CALM combines two different herbal traditions in one formula.
Is CALM better suited to daytime or evening use?
Both. The blend contains no traditional tea leaves, making it well suited to a quiet afternoon break as well as to the evening.
What does CALM Tea taste like?
Soft, herbal, and floral. Chamomile and Rose define the aroma, while roots such as Ashwagandha, Eleuthero, and Marshmallow give the blend greater depth.
We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
