Usage

• Direct inhalation with the palm:
• Place a drop of this deeply calming oil in your palm, gently rub your palms together, bring them to your face, and take a deep breath... the benefits of lavender are immediate and obvious! As far as we know, no one has ever complained about the scent of lavender.
• Other recommended uses:
• Distribute it around your home to relax and refresh the whole family. When you have guests, their first comments will likely be compliments about the scent in your home.
• Apply a drop topically to support skin health, including relief from insect bites, or use it as part of a cold compress to soothe a specific area of the body.
• Place two drops on a cotton ball at night and tuck it under your pillowcase before going to sleep to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
• Add a few drops to warm bath water to relax at the end of a long day.
• Mix lavender oil with any massage oil and massage it into the skin to lift the mood and relieve head and shoulder tension.
