• 1 teaspoon of tea with one cup of hot water.
• Steep for around 3–5 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

Is Make Magic a sleep tea?
Not in the classic sense. Skullcap and Blue Lotus are traditionally associated with relaxation and evening rituals, but Anima Mundi also positions the tea for intuition, creativity, and inner calm. It is therefore particularly well suited to the time between activity and sleep.

What is special about Blue Lotus?
Blue Lotus has a very long cultural and ritual history, particularly in ancient Egypt. Today, it is primarily used in teas and plant rituals focused on relaxation, meditation, and heightened perception. However, modern clinical data is limited, which is why we make no further claims about its effects. 

Can Blue Lotus have psychoactive effects?
Sedative and perception-altering effects have been described at high or concentrated doses. For the tea described here, Anima Mundi uses a traditional plant blend and recommends only 1 teaspoon per cup. Nevertheless, the dosage should not be exceeded, and Blue Lotus should not be combined with other sedative substances.
