Usage

• Add 1 tablespoon to warm water, cocoa, coffee, smoothie, juice, or your favorite tea. Or sprinkle over food.

• Recipe tip: Adaptogenic Chai with Suma
• 200 ml water, 120 ml milk / plant-based milk, 2 teaspoons coconut sugar, 1 tablespoon black tea (empty a tea bag if you don’t have loose tea), 1-2 teaspoons Suma
• Optional: a little cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and/or a pinch of fennel seeds
• Preparation: Bring water and milk with desired spices to a simmer in a pot. Reduce heat to the lowest setting and add the tea. Let steep for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tea takes on a deep brown color. Strain into a cup and stir in sugar to taste.
