Can the powder also be consumed in warm or hot water?

Starting the day with a warm drink can be very soothing, and Lemon Morning® can also be consumed with warm water. Since vitamin C is heat-sensitive, we recommend not heating Lemon Morning® above 40 °C.

How often can I consume Lemon Morning®?

You can dose and use Lemon Morning® according to your own needs. We recommend consuming Lemon Morning® no more than 3 times daily.

Can Lemon Morning® also be consumed by children, pregnant, and breastfeeding women?

In principle, there is no objection to consuming Lemon Morning® during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Of course, your individual tolerances play a role here, especially since ginger should be consumed in moderation during pregnancy.
