Usage

• Simply mix 1 tablespoon of Oxymel with a glass of water. Stir and enjoy!
• You can mix Oxymel with water, sparkling water, or another drink of your choice, such as naturally cloudy apple juice. But please do not heat Oxymel Kraft above 38 degrees Celsius, as important nutrients would be destroyed.

What makes the Oxymel recipe special?

Oxymel combines the best of all three ingredients: the old home remedy apple cider vinegar, pure acacia honey from Brandenburg, and the powerful flavor of uncultivated wild herbs. Honey and apple cider vinegar extract the ingredients from the herbs and preserve them for years. This way, the herbs can be enjoyed without additives or industrial processing. And with the refreshing taste of an herbal lemonade.

Can I consume more than one tablespoon of Oxymel per day?

Of course! You can decide your wild herb dose as you like. Whether one serving a day or several! For a 15-day course, 150 ml of Oxymel is enough. For one and a half months, our 500 ml bottle. Kruut recommends not taking the same Oxymel variety for more than 6 weeks in a row. After a one-week break, you can start again. This prevents tolerance buildup. Or you can simply switch seamlessly to the next variety!

Why does Kruut use wild herbs?

Naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar is an ancient fermented home remedy. We use it in its most natural, unpasteurized form.

Raw honey sourced from ethical beekeeping in Brandenburg. It still contains all its valuable substances and naturally preserves the wild herbs.

Ground elder is probably hated by every gardener because it is almost indestructible. This robust wild vegetable was already eaten in the Stone Age.

Dandelion has 500 different folk names. Every part of this yellow-flowering wild herb is edible – and surprisingly tasty.

Nettle is a versatile plant. It was once used to weave fabrics and contains so much chlorophyll that it was used for dyeing.

Red clover tastes deliciously nutty and can be nibbled directly from the meadow. By the way, red clover belongs to the legumes, just like peas.

The sugar content is purely natural from high-quality honey. One glass of water with 1 tablespoon of Oxymel contains only 4.6 g of sugar. Much less than, for example, a glass of apple spritzer.
