Active Ingredients

• Aloe Vera Extract / Juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents skin dryness, and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe Vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies oxygen to the skin and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effect.
• Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil) – The high content of fatty acids makes the skin soft, smooth, and resilient. The oil has antibacterial properties, absorbs quickly, and contains vitamins B, E, minerals, and beta-carotene (provitamin A). It supports cell development and renewal, fights skin aging, and strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier. Also very suitable for hair and scalp care. By the way, jojoba oil is technically not an oil but a plant wax.
• Hyaluronic Acid (Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate) stores moisture up to 1000 times its weight. Hyaluronic acid is a main component of connective tissue, filling and supporting it. Due to its ability to bind large amounts of water, it is responsible for the skin’s moisture content. Hyaluronic acid also promotes skin firmness and elasticity. As we age, we lose our natural hyaluronic acid, which is one of the main causes of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid helps fill fine lines and plump the skin.
• Sodium PCA (also called sodium PCA) is the salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, usually derived from the amino acid L-glutamic acid from sugarcane. This ingredient is hygroscopic, meaning it attracts water and holds it in skin cells. This keeps the skin moist and supple and protects it from drying out. Together with other natural moisturizing factors like amino acids, urea, or lactic acid, PCA forms the skin’s natural moisturizing factor (NMF). The irritation-free, non-comedogenic, and well-tolerated sodium PCA is used in skin and hair care products.
• Glycerin – This sugar alcohol is part of the skin’s own moisture system. Lipids (fats) in the skin are made of glycerin and fatty acids, which have a hydrating effect and help prevent water loss. Glycerin also stabilizes the skin’s barrier function.
• Coco-Caprylate/Caprate is a blend of esters of coconut fatty alcohol. This natural alternative to silicone is well absorbed by the skin, strengthens the skin’s protective barrier, and prevents water loss, keeping the skin soft and smooth. This emollient is also used as a makeup remover because it effectively dissolves decorative cosmetics.
• Vitamin E / Tocopherol enables long-lasting moisture retention between cells. This powerful antioxidant neutralizes harmful free radicals and can inhibit oil oxidation, preventing blackheads. Vitamin E also promotes cell regeneration and strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier.
