How should Green™ nail polishes be stored to keep them lasting as long as possible?

Make sure not to leave the products open longer than necessary and close them as quickly as possible. Store nail polish in a cool place. Lower temperatures prevent evaporation of the polish and slow down the formula’s degradation over time.

Are Manucurist Paris products natural?

The nail polish ranges are green and clean. They contain up to 84% natural-origin ingredients and are free from endocrine disruptors, monomers, and hydroquinone. The Green colors include sugarcane extract (ethyl acetate) and cassava (butyl acetate), which give the nail polish its liquid texture. Cotton extract (nitrocellulose) helps form a strong film on the nail. Corn extract (tributyl acetate) and wheat extracts provide a smooth and shiny surface. Additionally, the Green™ line is vegan and certified by the Vegan Society.

1. Prepare

Use the Manucurist Degreaser to gently and thoroughly remove grease residues for maximum adhesion and longer wear.

2. Color

We have reinvented three essentials from the world of traditional nail polishes to strengthen nails, extend wear up to 7 days, and speed up drying.

• Base Coat: The new, even more nourishing formula is enriched with nail-strengthening hexanal and ensures optimal wear.
• Manucurist Paris Color Polish: A new, ultra-strong pigmented formula enriched with oligomers that extend wear and increase shine.
• Top Coat: The Top Coat Sunshine, our bestseller in the Green™ series, extends the wear of nail polishes by 3 days, gives a mirror-like shine with a gel effect, and speeds up drying!

3. Dry & Care

Drying Drops cut drying time in half and strengthen the cuticles with argan ceramides.

Application

• Preparation
• Preparing your nails is really an important step to ensure long-lasting color polish. After pushing back your cuticles for clean edges and buffing the surface of your nails with a prep file, you're ready to apply the nail polish.
• Just before painting, don't forget to clean your nails with the gentle Nail Polish Remover Green to remove grease and dust residues and improve the adhesion of the color polish.
  
• Let's get started:
• Remove a small amount of polish by wiping one side of the brush and keeping only a drop of polish on the other side.
• Apply your polish with 3 brush strokes in thin and even layers. Start in the middle and spread the polish to both sides.
• Outline the nail by lightly stroking the edge with the brush without picking up new polish. This important step prevents premature chipping of the color polish and improves its adhesion.
• Tips:
• Place your hand flat on the table and hold your brush parallel to the nail.
• Hold your brush almost parallel to the nail, as if you were stroking it without applying pressure.
• Spread your polish from the base of the nail to the free edge. Start in the middle of the nail, then paint the two sides.
• To outline the nail, you don’t need to add more polish to the brush. For short nails, pull back the fingertip to expose the nail edge.
• Always remember that 4 layers are necessary for a shiny and long-lasting manicure.
• 1 coat Base Coat that protects the nail and improves the adhesion of the color layers.
• 2 layers of color polish for a flawless overall look.
• 1 coat Top Coat, to protect the manicure, shorten drying time, improve durability, and provide the desired finish.
