Usage

- Begin in the center of the forehead and move the tool upward and outward toward the temple. Apply gentle but firm pressure so that the Gua Sha follows the natural curves of the face, always moving upward and outward to guide fluid toward the lymph nodes.
- Continue with the tool on the cheeks and center of the face, moving outward toward the hairline.
- Start at the chin in the middle and move the tool along the jawline toward the ear. Pass the ear and move down the neck to the collarbone. Repeat on the other side.
- For the neck area, move the device with light pressure from the collarbone upward to the jaw.
- To finish, massage the shoulders and neck. Move the Gua Sha with firm pressure from the shoulders to the base of the skull to promote circulation and relieve tension.
- Pro tip: For an especially refreshing effect, store the Gua Sha tool in the refrigerator – perfect after a long day or night. Use it on your sinuses to clear them and reduce swelling around the nose and cheeks.
