Directions

• 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend per cup, pour over with hot water.

• Nettle & Oat Straw – two classic nourishing herbs traditionally valued for their natural variety of minerals and plant compounds. They form the tea’s gentle, green foundation and are particularly well suited to a regular restorative and regenerative routine.
• Horsetail & Alfalfa – traditionally used as mineral-rich plants. Horsetail is particularly known for its natural silica content, while alfalfa provides a broad variety of naturally occurring plant compounds.
• Gynostemma (Jiaogulan) – long valued in traditional Chinese herbalism as a strengthening and balancing herb, it is nicknamed the “herb of immortality.” Its lightly sweet, green flavor complements the blend’s earthier herbs.
