Instructions
- Place the rattan reeds in the bottle.
- For a stronger fragrance, use more reeds; for a subtler effect, use fewer.
- Turn the reeds over about once a week or when the fragrance intensity diminishes.
- Do not place the diffuser in direct sunlight or immediately next to a heat source, as the liquid will evaporate more quickly.
- Remove spilled oil immediately, as fragrance oils can damage sensitive surfaces.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

How long does the Teakwood & Tobacco Reed Diffuser last?
P.F. Candle Co. states that the 103 ml diffuser lasts approximately two to three months. How quickly the liquid is used depends, among other things, on room temperature, placement, and the number of rattan reeds used.
How strong is the Reed Diffuser's fragrance?
Teakwood & Tobacco has a medium fragrance intensity. It can easily be adjusted by changing the number of reeds inserted: the more reeds used, the more strongly the fragrance spreads throughout the room.
Do the rattan reeds need to be turned over regularly?
Yes. When the fragrance becomes weaker, the reeds can be turned over. This brings the fragrance-oil-soaked side back to the top and refreshes the fragrance.
We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
