During your personal session, you’ll discover which shades and textures suit you best. Lena will show you step by step how to use products correctly—from a natural blush to eye makeup. You’ll receive not only valuable tips, but also specific recommendations for your perfect beauty routine.
- Please arrive on time and, if possible, without makeup so Lena can advise you as effectively as possible.
After the consultation, you can shop for your favorite products directly at the Blanda Beauty Store in Reutlingen.
Cancellation policy
Unfortunately, a full refund of the ticket price is not possible in the event of cancellation—even in cases of illness. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person at any time. Please briefly notify us by email at info@blanda-beauty.com.
If the event is canceled or postponed by us, you will of course receive a full refund of the ticket price. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will also receive a refund.
Lena Engel
Lena is a makeup artist and works passionately as an »Organic Beauty Coach«, which means she specializes entirely in natural cosmetics and advises women and men in this area.
For more than 15 years, she has also worked as a social education worker, supporting people in finding and strengthening their inner balance and »beauty«.
We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.
The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.

With every order, you will receive 2 free samples of your choice. We can offer samples for almost all products. Simply enter your preferences in the comment field in the shopping cart. Excluded are perfume samples.
Additionally, you can order a sample set with 3 or 5 samples of your choice.
This is especially worthwhile if you have sensitive skin and decide on an expensive product. Unfortunately, opened products cannot be exchanged.
