Mild surfactants and a creamy, non-foaming texture preserve the natural protective acid mantle and leave the skin clean, soft, and pleasantly relaxed.

Aloe vera and glycerin provide hydration, while Almond and avocado oil nourish the skin during cleansing. Prickly pear, blueberry, horse chestnut, and wild carrot complement the formulation with soothing and antioxidant plant compounds.

Application

• Apply morning and evening Face, neck and décolleté apply.
• Spread with your fingers or a cotton pad and gently massage in using circular motions.
• Then remove with lukewarm water or a warm, damp cloth.
• For an especially pampered skin feel, the cleansing milk can be left on the skin for a few minutes.
• Then continue with the Gentle Balancing Toner and your usual skincare routine.
  

Active ingredients

• Aloe vera juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents the skin from drying out and strengthens the natural skin barrier. Aloe vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes and essential amino acids. It supplies the skin with oxygen and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
• Sweet almond oil (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis / Sweet Almond Oil) is gentle and well suited to caring for sensitive skin. Almond oil soothes irritation, replenishes lipids and helps retain moisture. Dry, irritated and mature skin particularly benefits from it. Almond oil leaves the skin soft and supple and is also ideal for hair care. Vitamins and the high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids (especially oleic acid) strengthen the skin barrier and provide protection.
• Avocado oil (Persea Gratissima Oil) is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, proteins, copper, folic acid, and magnesium—all building blocks for healthy skin and hair. Thanks to its high phytosterol content, it spreads easily and absorbs quickly. It supports the skin’s moisture balance, protects it from drying out, and helps prevent wrinkles.
• Papaya juice (Carica Papaya Fruit Juice) is rich in vitamin C, supports collagen production, and firms the skin. The antioxidants it contains, such as beta-carotene and vitamin A, combat free radicals and improve the complexion. In addition, its natural enzyme content, particularly the enzyme papain, provides gentle exfoliation, removes dead skin cells, and cleanses the pores. Papaya juice moisturizes, promotes skin regeneration, and improves elasticity while also brightening and evening out the skin tone.
• Carnauba wax (Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax), derived from the leaves of the Brazilian carnauba palm, is a natural, plant-based wax known for its outstanding emollient properties. It provides a smooth texture and forms a protective, water-repellent film on the skin.
  The candelilla bush, native to Mexico, has adapted to the scorching heat of its environment. Its branches and leaves are coated with a wax that protects against moisture loss and environmental stressors:
• Candelilla wax (Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax). The wax is used as a consistency- and shape-forming component in cosmetic products. Combined with other oils, it leaves a pleasant, non-sticky feel on the skin after application. It gives hair shine and softness. Candelilla wax is also used in the food industry and can be consumed without concern. Alongside carnauba wax and berry wax, it is considered a plant-based alternative to beeswax.
• Myrica wax (Myrica Cerifera Fruit Wax), derived from the fruits of the wax myrtle tree, is a natural, plant-based wax that acts as an emollient, moisturizes the skin, and keeps it supple. It also forms a protective film that shields the skin from environmental influences and improves the texture of cosmetic products.
• Carrot Extract (Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Root Extract) is rich in antioxidants and beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the skin and promotes skin regeneration. It supports cell renewal, protects against oxidative stress, and thereby ensures a radiant, healthy complexion while also hydrating the skin and improving elasticity.
• Bilberry Extract (Vaccinium Myrtillus Fruit Extract) protects the skin from oxidative stress thanks to its antioxidant properties, has anti-inflammatory effects, hydrates the skin, and promotes cell regeneration. In addition, it helps even out skin tone, creates a radiant complexion, and can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, making the skin look healthier and more youthful overall.
• Prickly Pear Extract (Opuntia Ficus-Indica Stem Extract) is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and amino acids. It combats dryness, helps the skin retain its natural moisture reserves, and strengthens the skin’s natural UV protection. It is also quickly absorbed and leaves the skin feeling soft and supple.
• Comfrey Root (Symphytum Officinale Root Extract), also known as boneset, knitbone, or blackwort, is widespread throughout Europe and belongs to the borage family. Comfrey has been used in herbal medicine since ancient times. Comfrey is used in skin and hair care primarily for inflammatory and sensitive skin. The plant has strong cell-regenerating and soothing properties and supports the formation of new tissue. Comfrey relieves pain, promotes circulation, and is used to treat wounds, venous disorders, bruises, and contusions. The root contains allantoin, mucilage, tannins, rosmarinic acid, and alkaloids.
• Horse Chestnut Extract (Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract) tones, strengthens blood vessels, and has astringent properties. Its circulation-promoting effect gives the skin a pleasant freshness and a clear complexion. It also has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.
• Rosemary Extract (Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract) – This medicinal plant from the Mediterranean region promotes circulation and has a mildly antibacterial effect. Mature skin benefits from its circulation-promoting properties. Rosemary can help restore balance to blemished skin. In hair care, rosemary stimulates circulation in the scalp, thereby improving nutrient absorption. It promotes hair growth and regulates sebum production.
• Vitamin E / Tocopherol enables long-lasting moisture retention between the cells. This powerful antioxidant neutralizes harmful free radicals and can inhibit oil oxidation, thereby preventing blackheads. Vitamin E also promotes cell regeneration and strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier function.

The cleansing milk is suitable for all skin types and is particularly recommended for dry, sensitive, stressed, and mature skin. It cleanses thoroughly without leaving the skin feeling dry or tight.

Does the Delicate Cleansing Milk also remove makeup?
Yes. In addition to dirt and excess sebum, the mild, creamy formula also removes makeup. For heavy or waterproof eye makeup, a special makeup remover or cleansing oil can be used beforehand.

Why is the cleansing milk good for the skin barrier?
