Application
- Apply to the eyelids with a brush or fingers.
- Start in the center and blend outward.
- Dries relatively quickly, so blend promptly.
- Important tip! When you have used about a quarter of the tube, push the key up to press out the last drop cleanly. Then recycle the tube.
