Indian Senna Seed, also known as “botanical hyaluronic acid,” contains a high proportion of polysaccharides, which are responsible for the natural regeneration of skin cells and the skin’s ability to retain moisture.

Application

• Tip: Spray the face with the Hydrating Accelerator.
• Tip: Then apply the Active Infusion Serum and massage in gently.
• Finally, apply a small amount of Vital Balm Cream evenly to the skin.

Active Ingredients

• Aloe vera extract / juice (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract / Juice) provides natural moisture, prevents the skin from drying out, and strengthens the skin’s natural barrier. Aloe vera contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and essential amino acids. It supplies the skin with oxygen and is considered effective in supporting cell renewal. It binds moisture, has a cooling, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial effect.
• Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera Root Extract / Withania Somnifera Leaf/Root Extract), also known as winter cherry or Indian ginseng, is one of the important plants in Ayurveda. The plant extract helps protect the skin from oxidative stress caused by environmental influences and may counter visible signs of stressed skin such as dryness and a dull appearance. Studies with standardized ashwagandha root extract also show improvements in skin moisture, elasticity, and evenness. The plant compounds it contains are also being studied in connection with oxidative stress and inflammatory processes in the skin. Ashwagandha therefore supports a more resilient, smoother, and firmer-looking complexion
  
• Avocado oil (Persea Gratissima Oil) – The slightly green oil obtained by pressing avocado flesh contains many vital fatty acids and vitamins. It supports the skin’s moisture balance, protects it from drying out, and thus helps prevent wrinkles.
• Shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) nut butter) is obtained from the fruit of the karité tree. Shea butter has a long tradition as a skincare and healing remedy. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta-carotene, the butter protects against environmental stressors, binds moisture, fights free radicals, promotes cell regeneration, and leaves skin and hair soft and supple.
• Jojoba oil – Its high fatty-acid content makes the skin soft, supple, and resilient. The oil has an antibacterial effect, absorbs quickly, and contains vitamins B and E, minerals, and beta-carotene (provitamin A). It supports cell development and renewal, counteracts skin aging, and strengthens the skin’s natural protective barrier. It is also highly suitable for hair and scalp care. Incidentally, strictly speaking, jojoba oil is not an oil but a plant wax.
• Indian senna (Cassia Angustifolia (Senna) Seed Extract) is also known as botanical hyaluronic acid. Botanical hyaluronic acid consists of polysaccharides (sugar compounds) capable of absorbing and storing moisture. They help “plump” the skin from within and also form a film that prevents moisture loss. Senna seeds also have anti-inflammatory properties and achieve very good results in treating acne and other skin conditions. In India, senna is prepared as a tea to help alleviate bacterial problems, acne, psoriasis, and wounds.
• Broccoli seed oil – Linoleic acid has anti-inflammatory properties, soothes skin redness, and protects against environmental influences. It combats age spots and chronic sun damage. The lightweight oil smooths the skin and gives it a delicate, soft appearance.
• Borage seed oil stimulates cell growth and has anti-inflammatory properties. It has a positive effect on acne, psoriasis, and neurodermatitis. The oil has a high content of gamma-linolenic acid (omega-6 fatty acids) and vitamin C, provides moisture, and strengthens the skin’s protective barrier.
• Goji berry oil / fruit extract (Lycium Barbarum (Goji Berry) Extract) contains antioxidants such as phenolic acids and flavonoids, amino acids, carotenoids, and vitamins B, C, and E. Goji berry oil helps firm the skin, reduce inflammation, and stimulate circulation. It protects against environmental damage and is an effective active ingredient for anti-aging prevention.
• Elderberry has a high content of secondary plant compounds, antioxidants, alpha-linolenic acid, and phytosterols. It has a soothing, cleansing, and anti-inflammatory effect.
• Unrefined mango butter is the fat from the pit of the tropical fruit. Mango butter provides moisture and has a soothing and regenerative effect on the skin and scalp. The nutrient-rich butter contains various fatty acids, vitamins A, C, D, and E, as well as various minerals.
• Marshmallow root / true marshmallow (Althaea Officinalis (Marshmallow) Extract) soothes irritation and promotes healing. It helps relieve itching and protects the skin from environmental influences. It also supports the skin’s moisture balance. It is highly suitable for sensitive skin; the active ingredient is also recommended for neurodermatitis-prone or eczema-prone skin. The mallow plant is effective even for acne or blemished, inflamed skin. It is also an effective active ingredient in hair care.
• Sage (Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil / Leaf Extract) has antiseptic and antioxidant properties, soothes skin irritation, and reduces redness. It reduces perspiration and combats bacteria, fungi, and viruses.
• Ginger is rich in vitamin C and contains a variety of trace elements, such as magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, sodium, and phosphorus. Ginger has an antibacterial and clarifying effect, stimulates microcirculation in the vessels, and promotes a fresher, healthier, and more radiant complexion.
