Usage
- The size of the room determines the number of reeds. And the number of reeds determines the intensity of the scent.
- If the scent fades, simply turn the reeds around. Detailed information can be found directly on the packaging.
FAQ
How many reeds should I use?
For a gentle scent, you can start with a few reeds. If you want a more intense fragrance, you can use up to 8 reeds at the same time.
Where is the best place to position the fragrance reeds?
The scent unfolds best in a place with light air circulation, for example in the entrance area or hallway.
How can I adjust the scent intensity of the reeds?
You can easily control the scent intensity: the more reeds you use, the stronger the fragrance. If you prefer a subtler scent, use fewer reeds. If the scent fades in between, you can turn the reeds around to refresh it.
What should I do if the scent fades?
If the scent becomes weaker, simply turn the reeds around. This turns the liquid-saturated side upward and intensifies the fragrance again.
What should I do if the reeds stick together?
If the reeds are very saturated, they can stick together easily. In this case, simply replace them with fresh reeds – we have included extras for you.

We carefully process and pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. After handover to DHL, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days.
Shipping costs €4.95; orders over €60 ship free within Germany.
We ship international orders with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium, depending on the destination country and parcel size. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and customs processing.
Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we can provide a return label for €5.95 upon request. Returns from abroad must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
We carefully pack your order at our warehouse in Reutlingen. Our shipping boxes and greeting cards are made from recycled paper. We use packing peanuts made from cornstarch instead of Styrofoam as filler. Our paper-based packing tape can also be disposed of with waste paper.
