How to use

• Use the Firming Bakuchi Serum morning and evening after cleansing (ideally with the Brightening Saffron Cleanser) and after an essence or toner.
• Apply 2–3 drops to the face, neck, and décolleté.
• Gently press or pat into the skin; do not rub vigorously.
• Allow it to absorb briefly before applying the next skincare product.
• In the RANAVAT routine, apply the Firming Bakuchi Serum first, followed by the Brightening Saffron Serum Radiant Rani, and finish with the Renewing Bakuchi Crème.
• In the morning, always finish the routine with sunscreen.

Is the Firming Bakuchi Serum a retinol serum?
No. The serum does not contain classic retinol. It uses a bakuchi complex of bakuchi seed oil and bakuchiol, a plant-based alternative to retinol. The formula is designed to provide retinol-like benefits but is formulated without classic retinol.

What does “Renewal Serum” mean for this product?

• Bakuchiol / Bakuchi Seed Oil (Bakuchi (Psoralea corylifolia) Seed Oil) is obtained from the seeds and leaves of the Indian plant Psoralea Corylifolia and is considered a natural retinol alternative. A powerful plant used to treat skin discoloration, hyperpigmentation, and leukoderma. With antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties, bakuchi promotes the skin’s natural tone and helps normalize individual skin pigmentation. Bakuchiol has been shown to stimulate collagen production, minimize fine lines and wrinkles, and improve skin texture and firmness. The active ingredient has a long tradition as a medicinal plant in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Unlike traditional retinoids, it does not cause skin burning, irritation, or redness.
• Ceramides are lipids (fats) that occur naturally in our skin. They form the foundation of our skin’s barrier function. The skin barrier prevents pollutants from entering the skin and helps keep it well hydrated. A functioning skin barrier is essential for healthy skin. Ceramides reduce water loss from the skin, also known as TEWL (Trans-Epidermal Water Loss), protect against environmental stressors, bacteria, and other influences to which the skin is exposed. Ceramides are therefore an effective anti-aging ingredient that also helps keep the skin supple and soft.
